If you're on a public computer, be sure to 'log off' after you're done (so no one else can read your mail).
You can setup your email accounts to be used with Outlook, Outlook Express, or any other mail program. The difference is that once your mail has been checked with a mail program, it has been delivered and you won't see it anymore when you go online to check it.
