What information do I need to setup an email account with Outlook, Outlook Express or other mail program ?

Your account name (which is always your full email address): This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
your assigned password
POP3 email server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP mail server: smtp.yourisp.com
For the SMTP mail server, use your ISP's mail server information. For example: Charter's outgoing mail server is: smtp.charter.net.

Be sure to enable SMTP Authentication in your E-mail client or you may not be able to send mail.
