  • Change Store address, phone numbers, store email addresses, etc. from within Admin by simply typing and saving.
  • Products can be added, deleted, individually activated or deactivated, edited, marked Out of Stock, set as Featured Products, Products Expected Soon, and more.
  • Easy to add, delete, or edit product Categories, change product Category names, move or rearrange order of product Categories, convert them to Subcategories, etc. Product Subcategories you create in Admin automatically drop-down in a list when that Category is clicked in the Store.
  • Choose your preferred image sizes for product thumbnails, medium size images, and large images.
  • Set in Admin whether you want to allow checkout for out-of-stock item/s.
  • Admin control of Product Options & Attributes (size, color, etc.)
  • Enter your reciprocal or related links from Admin, and they automatically show up alphabetically on the Related Links page in your web site.
  • Customer Testimonials for the Store Front are entered from Admin by simply copying/pasting or typing text.
  • Admin can set Reviews to require approval or not. If approval is required, customer product reviews won't show up in the Store Front until Admin approves the review. Admin can also edit the reviews if necessary.
  • Polls are fully configurable from within Admin, can be either public or private. Create poll questions and potential answers. You can also set polls to individually activate/deactivate, or rotate randomly among chosen polls.
  • Admin can choose whether to enable "Bestsellers"and how many at a time to display.
  • Admin can enable or disable the feature "Customers who bought this product also purchased..."
  • Discount coupons, if you choose to offer them, can be for either %-off or dollar amount. Create coupons in Admin; choose auto-generated coupon code or an easier-to-remember word-based coupon code (great for publishing in print ads). Coupons can even be emailed in batches or individually from within Admin to registered customers/users. Each coupon category/code can be set to limit the number of uses per customer, number of uses total, expiration date, and minimum purchase amount to use that coupon.
  • Gift Vouchers: You can create gift vouchers as products with model number GIFT-something, example GIFT25 for a $25 gift voucher. Customer purchases voucher, then can email all or part of it to a friend as a gift (can send $15 to friend & keep $10 for themselves). If there's money in a user's voucher account, they are given the option at checkout to use it to pay for the order. Vouchers can also be sent to customers by Admin (refunds, promotions, etc.) NOTE: Vouchers cannot be used when PayPal is selected as payment method.
  • Print an Invoice and/or Packing Slip right from Admin for any order.
  • Choose order status within Admin for any order as "Processing" or "Shipped", and it can automatically notify the Customer via email of the changed order status. Admin can add comments to this notification if desired.
  • Automatically send extra order-notification emails of all orders to extra store email address/es if desired (great if you have an employee who is in charge of filling the orders).
  • Tracking: Track Customer Order Totals; All Orders by Month; Stock Levels; Vouchers Redeemed; Who's Online at your Store; Products Most Viewed; Products Most Purchased, and more.
  • Make a complete backup of your store database, or restore from a previous database backup, at any time with a simple click.
  • Change the look of your site by hiding/unhiding feature boxes, changing column widths, or hiding one or both columns completely.
